Welcome to UAE Digistore. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.uaedigistore.com (“the Site”) and all products and services offered by UAE Digistore. 2. Products and Services

UAE Digistore sells digital gift cards for various brands and services. All products are digital and delivered via email.

• Authenticity: We guarantee the authenticity of all digital codes sold on our Site. We procure our gift cards from official and trusted suppliers.
• Region-Specific: Customers are responsible for ensuring the digital gift card they purchase is for the correct region. For example, a “US Region” gift card can only be redeemed on a US-based account. We will not provide a refund or replacement for a gift card purchased for the wrong region.
• Expiration: Most digital gift cards do not expire, but some may have specific expiration dates. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the details on the product page and the card itself.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Currency: All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified.
• Payment: We accept payments through secure payment gateways. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order.
• Pricing Errors: In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the amount paid.

4. Order Fulfillment and Delivery

• Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment, the digital gift card code will be delivered instantly to the email address provided at checkout.
• Delivery Delays: While most orders are delivered instantly, occasional delays may occur due to payment verification, security checks, or technical issues. If you have not received your code within a reasonable time frame, please contact our support team.
• Recipient Information: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for codes sent to an incorrect email address due to customer error.

5. Refund and Return Policy

• All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once a digital code has been delivered to your email, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
• Non-refundable Reasons: We do not provide refunds for:
  • Incorrect Region: Purchasing a gift card for a region other than your own.
  • Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer need the gift card.
  • Incorrect Purchase: Purchasing the wrong gift card type or value.
• Exceptional Cases: A refund may be considered only if the code delivered is proven to be invalid or already used at the time of purchase. You must contact our support team with proof (e.g., screenshots from the official platform showing an invalid code) within 24 hours of delivery. Our support team will verify the claim with the supplier before a refund is issued.

6. User Account

• Eligibility: To make a purchase on our Site, you may be required to create an account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our services.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account.
